Is this a genuine Betsey Johnson tote?
My friend recently purchased what she believes is a Betseyville tote, but she got a great price on it, so I'm a bit doubtful about its authenticity.
I don't have a picture, but I can describe it. The purse itself is a large shiny tote bag, black background with hot pink and turquoise glitter lightning bolts all over it. It has no zipper, but closes with a latch that says "Betseyville" on it. The handles are moderately short, and are made out of chain, with more hot pink material on them.
It *looks* legit, but the price makes me wonder if it is.
Does anyone know if Betsey Johnson ever produced a purse that looks like this? I haven't been able to find any pictures like it online.
go to the betsy johnson site and look for it and if u cant find it it may be fake, if u find one that looks like it but isnt it then it is definitely fake

I am in love with the Betseyville Collection and though I only own one piece from it, I imitate some of her runway dresses on occasion (cause I can't afford a $550 dress!), but are there any other fans out there and why do you love her?

i love betsey johnsons quirky sense of style. her dresses ar so colorful and over-the-top but still gorgeous. i think she does a good job of creating fun, flirty young designer peices.
