Let Us Define Corruption
Let us define corruption
It shall be very difficult to bring all the items of corruption in the definition of corruption because the people busy in this line are bring and inventing new items and are showing their expertise in those lines. We started from small bribes, but now the circle of corruption is very wide and it has become difficult to bring all those items in the circle of corruption. Let us try to bring some of the items in the definition of corruption and the readers should be left to bring more items and the people who are in the line, they shall also be at liberty to bring more items as and when then invent or discover. The following items should be included in the definition of corruption and the scholar who shall be writing final definition must bear in mind all the items. The items are:
(1) When one is in authority he accepts or demands money from a public man for doing some public work for which he is paid salary or wages, that amount is bribe and we can include this items into the scope of corruption.
(2) When we are in authority we indulge in scams, scandals, muddles, taking commissions, taking dalali, selling licenses, selling quotas, selling jobs, selling transfers and giving to the public servants their stations of choice, all these activities come within the scope of corruption.
(3) When we listen to recommendations against money or otherwise and do not do a work on its merits, but do the same only because somebody has approached us, this is also corruption items because we are not performing our duty honestly and faithfully but we are working to favour a person of our choice or who is the choice of another who has recommended his name to us.
(4) When we do a work of public nature under pressure of some minister, some high and powerful person, we are not performing our duty honestly and we are indulging into corruption.
(5) When we receive some favour from a person and at his instance we work beyond our sphere of duty and violating the law and rules governing that item of work, we are indulging in corruption.
(6) When somebody offers us a woman and we do the work because of that offer, we are indulging in corruption.
(7) When some body is our relative and because of those relations we are violating all laws, rules and regulations, we are doing something which could be one items amongst items of corruption.
(8) When we are just delaying the matter and are not doing the work as per norms prescribed, the man is suffering, though we did not take money, yet it is one item of corruption.
(9) When the people connected with us entertain us, though we are not receiving any money from them, but they are spending money on the occasion, that is an item of corruption.
(10) When we buy something on account of the state or our employer and take some commission, that is an items of corruption and such types of corruptions are on the increase.
(11) When we sell something on behalf of the state or our employer and take commission or dalali, that amount is also collected by us as corruption amount.
(12) If we are not doing any work and are receiving monthly pay without any break, this amount to corruption because your pay and wages are coming out of the public exchequer or out of the balances of your employer, you are indulging in corruption.
(13) When we sell jobs, party tickets, collect money from the people for some social work and actually we never spend that amount on social work, but that amount is consumed by us on our own affairs, these items are coming into scope of corruption.
(14) When we not taking care of our children and spending that amount on other ladies who have got no connection with the family, such expenses are corruption items.
(15) When we work like a call girl, dancing girls and a prostitute and are selling our body to others against money, we are violating the norms of the society and all these items come within the scope of corruption.
(16) When we are deceiving the people and pretending that we are a godly man and collecting money from them by misleading them, we are indulging in corruption.
(17) All those who are living on charity are corrupt people.
(18) All those who are not earning their own livelihood and are dependant upon others without any cause, they are corrupt people.
(19) All those who are showing wrongly that they are poor people and are taking something on concession rates from the state or from some social welfare organizations are corrupt people.
(20) All those who are showing that they are godly people, but actually they are misleading small girls and rape them are corrupt people.
(21) All those who are indulging in crimes, sins and misconducts are corrupt people.
(22) All those who are bringing children on this earth but are not bringing them up properly, are not giving them proper education and proper training, but are engaging them to earn at small age, are corrupt people and they should be punished.
(23) All those who are crossing matrimonial bonds and are having extra matrimonial relations are corrupt people.
(24) All those who are indulging in terrorism and riots are corrupt people because they are breaking norms of the religion to which they belong.
(25) All those who are not taking care of their parents are corrupt people.
These are some of the items which should get suitable place when one scholar shall be writing final definition of corruption and till that definitions come down to us, we must wait and see that the people in the line shall be bringing so many new items because of their experience and expertise in the line.

About the Author
Pantheism: God is Everything is God?
Wasn’t the monotheist male God one of the Pagan Gods, or prior to that one of the Spirits? Therefore, how can God be Everything in the Universe? How can God be the absolute principle and center of everything existing?
Perhaps we are aware that we can only perceive our Everything instead of the absolute Everything, and we need God as much as we are religious or not. Pantheist definition covers beyond God; may put God in the natural realm, but still defines “God” as the absolute.
Everything is: Holy Spirit, One Spirit or Brahman. Shouldn’t it be “One Spirit is Everything is One Spirit”, or any other similar rather more suitable form for defining concepts?
The word "God" is so contaminated by the religious overlay of the patriarchally-biased religions that to use it intrinsically introduces a fallacious ideology, misleading basic assumptions, and a theology which is not really acceptable relative to providing any Ultimate Truth. It assumes the falsehood of a *division* between "Creation" & "Creator" -- which immediate entraps all such believers into an intrinsically erroneous paradigm.
It carries totally *male* connotations, to my perspective (whereas "Goddess" carries feminine connotations). There are those who *say* that the word "God" (& the Beingness of "God") is neither male nor female -- yet -- recently, at *Yahoo Answers* someone asked if "God" was male -- & about 50% of the respondees insisted that "God" was *exclusively* male -- by their beliefs.
i don't know whether the word "Brahman" carries male connotations amongst Hindus-in-general or not. (Certainly the word "man" is there as its last syllable -- within the English language context.)
In my own mental/ conceptual associations, the word "Brahman" is a *purer* Naming for the Ultimacy than the monotheistic "God" of the patriarchal religions is.
In the book of Genesis (accepted by Jewish, Christian & Islamic believers) there are two words translated as "God" -- YHVH and Elohim. El is the root-Name for "God" in many verses in Genesis... and El was the *son* of Baal, in the Canaanite religion -- revealing the ancient Canaanite influence on Judaism. At the time the Penteteuch was written, the Hebrew "god" was *one* god among *many* -- the "god" of particular families... tribes... in time of a nation. Gradually he got promoted to being the *sole* God -- in Judaic theology.
The portrayal of this "god" in the Hebrew, Christian & Islamic scriptures is obviously very self-serving for priests of those particular religions -- & lacks the magnitude & all-encompassingness of Brahman (or of the Tao). He's like a middle eastern *tyrant* -- seeking the kind of egotistic (very human) goals like kings do -- recurrently throwing juvenile tantrums.
Everything being the "Holy Spirit" is a good linguistic *choice*... however, "the Holy Spirit" has specific Christian connotations that "get in the way" of those words working most efficaciously -- for *everyone*. American Indians referred to the "Great Spirit" & i have often used the terminology the "Divine Spirit".
We could say, "All that *is* is Energy" -- but that would not necessarily include the Void -- where Energy is *absent*. Using the words "Pure Energy" would not exclude agnostics & atheists from (perhaps) finding that terminology acceptable. As soon as we say "Divine Energy" the atheistic camp will probably object to the word "Divine".
We're each going to relate-with The All That Is from different conceptual matrixes -- whatever terminology resonates as being "truest" for us.
Seems to me that one Basic Question would be: IS the "All That Is" *aware* -- of It's own Allness & of *us,* personally?
Since awareness obviously exists in *us* -- & to some degree in all "lesser" life forms, it seems to me to be very short-sighted to believe that awareness of components-of-self, self-awareness is *non*-existent in That Which Is -- which is *beyond* ourselves & our abilities to truly understand. For just as the red & white blood cells circulating thru our blood system are *alive* & perform specific functions to keep the larger organism (ourselves) alive -- but are *not* aware of us & the larger environment we live in & in the same way *we* are aware, it follows that we, as life-bundles-of-Energy, are not aware of the Larger Matrix *we* are a part of.
Personally, i prefer to call this Larger Mystery of the Awesome All by the Namings of "Goddess," (or "God/dess") "Sophia," "You!" and "Beloved" (to offset the predominant patriarchal bias which contaminates most religions; i see this as being *essential* for at least a few centuries -- until some measure of *real* balance is attained, relative to the Divine All).
When one eliminates the later accretions -- & gets to the *original* layer of "Trimorphic Protennoia", i think it is as revelatory about the Ultimate Divine Consciousness as is "Brahman" (as taught by Hinduism), the Tao -- as taught by Lao Tzu... & the Ultimate Divine as revealed in Sri Aurobindo's exquisite SAVITRI.
If the All That Is has a self-aware Consciousness, are we, in a sense, holograms of that Super Consciousness?
