Bitten Lip Stain
my gf bites her lips in her sleep - ends up with blood-stained teeth in the morning. How to prevent/stop it?
When my girlfriend goes to sleep she bites her lips + by morning she's got brown blood caking her teeth, and it makes her breath smell pretty bad.
It's all fine after she gets up + cleans her teeth (ahh minty), but it can't be healthy.
Is there any method to help her stop biting her lips? We thought about a mouthguard but she's worried she'd swallow it or something, are there any that are designed to be worn while asleep?

yeah - you can buy mouthguards specially designed for sleeping, though these are generally to prevent teeth grinding - it may not stop her chewing her lips.
Is your GF suffering any stress in life which may be affecting how she is sleeping? Things we experience in our daily life, often affect how we sleep.
