Please help me,My lip liner is not going on smoothjly on my lips and makes my lips wrinklyish?
so i exfoliate my lips,apply a lipbalm-blot it and then when i apply the liner(creamy lipliner thick pencil-expensive one) and then i make my mouth in an O shape to apply it and i sill my lips with it but them it tugs on my lips and makes them all wrinkly and i hate that....what do i do???
i also have very full lips which i do not like bcoz they get dry really easily
lip liner is just to fill in all the fine lines you have on your lips so your lipstick doesn't bleed into them.
mines look a little wrinkled too if i apply lip liner.
if your exfoliating and applying lip balm and using a quality lip liner, i think it's fine.
