Elf Liquid Smudge
I want to splurge on makeup. Any suggestions?
I'm looking for eye makeup, and I'm going to DRUGSTORES. So I'm not buying mac or ELF or Urban Decay. I need the names of the best eye makeup products from drugstore brands. (Covergirl, NYC, etc.)
I have blue eyes. I ran out of eyeliner, so I'm looking for good brands/colours of eyeliner. Also, I'm looking for good brands of eyeshadow.
Any tips on colours to make my blue eyes seem bluer, wider, or more awake are welcome.
But, for the most part, I'm just looking for which brands have the best makeup. (like this brand has the best eyeshadow, this brand has great eyeliner, etc.)
Also... I'm looking for pencil/stick eyeliner. I already have liquid liner, foundation, and mascara that I'm very happy with. So good brands for eyeshadow (preferably shadow that comes in palates) and pencil eyeliner (that won't run or smudge) are appreciated.

Eyeliner: revlon
Eyeshadow: physicians formula (they have a palette just for blue eyes) it's very pigmented i have it for green eyes and i <3 it, revlon, sonia kashuk
colors that go well with blue eyes: pink, gray, silver, gold, taupe, brown
also get a highlight for under your eyebrows and inner corners of your eyes. it will make your eyes look bigger. you can get one in white or a pale pink.
