How do i change eye color in Corel Paint shop pro X2?

Any thing i try doesnt work. Can any one give me alink or something. I need details. Im used to working with adobe photoshop so this is all new to me on this program cant quite find anything.
When i try to change the eye color i get stuck on the paint the eye part lol. && the rest of it i just lost help please.

I, personally, just jump right in and pick a color shade, pick the 'Paint Brush' tool, and set the 'Blend Mode' to 'Color'. I then increase the overall size of the photo where the eye is then huge and decrease the 'Paint Brush' size, thus rarely over-painting the area.
