Your face is composed of three major organs eyes, nose and mouth, these organs form the features of your face. When you aim to look good via makeup you need to pay special attention to your eyes. This is because your eyes are the first thing people might notice when you look at them and they look at you, this is how first contact is made. However just applying the normal makeup to your eyes the way you do every day just does not cut it. If you are looking to change the features of your face for the better you will need to begin to pay more attention to your eyes. There are many products on the market that are excellent tools and are great to change the way your eyes look.
Eyes are simply too important to neglect. They are your window into the world, and they are the first thing other people notice when they look at you. So make your eyes make an impression, with these simples steps and products.
Your eyes say a lot about you, so the eye makeup that you chose to use should be chosen to match your personality and your complexion. Eye shadow can be used to make your eyes look more open or more dramatic, depending upon your desired affect and how you use it, but if you chose a color that doesn't fit with your skin and hair, it will just make them look bad. Bright colors can be difficult to pull off, so if you're just beginning to use eye makeup, it's best to stay with lighter, more neutral tones.
Getting your eye shadows in a set of three, in cosmetic sets containing a dark, medium and light shadow of any given color, will help simplify application. You can apply the medium shadow across the whole lid, then adding the darker color above the eyelashes. Blend them together thoroughly, and then use the lightest shade to highlight and accent the overall shape of your eyes, blending the edge of the darker colors in with your upper lid.
Next, you can apply an eyeliner to bring out the shape of your eyes. Again, pick an eyeliner that matches your complexion-redheads shouldn't be wearing dark black eyeliner for the best results, and select a type suited to your desired outcome. Liquid eyeliner will produce a dramatic, precise line, whereas a pencil eyeliner will give you a softer look. Draw a clean, thin line just above your upper lashes, and repeat on the lower lashes if desired. Nothing makes your eyes stand out quite like mascara. A good mascara makes your eyelashes appear longer, fuller and darker, giving your eyes a striking look. Mascara should be applied in moderation to the top and bottom lashes to avoid clumps and spider-eyes. Again, chose a color that matches your overall appearance as dark black would look unnatural on a fair blond.
Finally, there are concealers and under-eye makeups for dark rings and blotchiness. If you have rings to cover up, apply your concealer before any other makeup, and then start with eye shadow. But remember that the best remedy for dark rings and puffiness is a good night's sleep. Take care of yourself, and your eyes will thank you by looking beautiful every day.

My concealer doesn't work so well?
I use the L'Oreal True Match Concealer Warm Medium to cover my under eye circles but it didnt entirely cover them. u can still see the circles from afar. i didnt want to put too much on because it would look cake-y. any suggestion on some good drugstores concealer or any tips??? 10 pts. best answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Try Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer. It's a concealer on one end and a highlighter on the other. It doesn't cake and it can be built up without caking.
Don't try Mac's concealers. I've tried all of them. The one in the pots are so thick and cakey. (both of them) The select cover up is so dry and cakey and the sheer moisture cover up has less coverage than a tinted moisturizer. Don't waste your money on Mac concealers.
