Best eye shadow base?

Hi from australia!

I've heard great things about urban decay primer potion and two faced shadow insurance. If you've used both which would you say works best especially on oily skin.

And if you've used something else that you think does a great job of keeping eye shadows from creasing let me know!

Also where can I get UD, is ebay reliable i think i've found a few genuine ones there generally around $30, sound right?

Thank you to everyone, I think it may be two faced, I can't imagine being bothered to cut packaging in half (there would definitely be injuries!) I'd forgotten about Benefit FYI, some youtube gurus I watch use it, but I thought it had been discontinued (I think they we're bringing it back with new packaging)

I've tried both,
Primer potion works alright but its not amazing and everyone knows how annoying it is when you have to cut the tube in half to get the last bit of it out. I used shadow insurance for a long time and it works pretty well, the only thing is I find that its hard to blend well in your crease. I love fyi from benefit its amazing! You could also try painterly paint pot from mac!
