Eye Shadow Lilac
Is it okay to wear lavender/purple eyeshadow if you have dark circles?
So I have brown hair that's a little reddish, pale skin, brown eyes, and light-medium dark circles. They aren't really puffy just... dark. xD I'm wondering if it'd be okay to wear like lilac or purple-ish eyeshadows; will it bring out my circles? Specifically this shade:

I only have green eyeshadow right now; I need to expand my collection! lol.
I think as long as you put concealer underneath your eyes to hide the dark circles, then you can certainly wear whichever color of eyeshadow you wish to wear. 
What makeup colours would suit me?
I have green eyes..what colours eyeshadow can I wear with my eye colour?? I wear lilac eyeshimmer with gold shadow in the inner corners and think this looks good as it seems to make my eyes pop. I have quite dark brown hair which looks red in sunlight and quite pale skintone. What other colours would suit me?? Also Bronzer or blusher? And what shade? like peach or pink? thank youu
I think that a yellow/gold shimmer would suit you eye...how about shimmery liquid eyeshadow?
I think that peach would be a better shade for your cheeks, it's more natural to you skin and blends in better with your hair Rose/pink is a bit to much of a pop-out and looks too fake especially if you have dark hair.
