Many women benefit from adding eyelash extensions to their beauty treatment. Having longer, thicker eyelashes will emphasise the eyes and give you that same glamorous look that many models and actresses have. Another benefit is that since the eyes are already highlighted there is no need to apply mascara, hence you save valuable time. But how is an eyelash extension applied?
Eyelash extensions are made from synthetic material that is glued in place often hair by hair. They are not glued to the skin of course, but to your natural eyelashes. There is no pain; the customer simply lies on his or her back with eyes closed while the semi permanent eyelash extensions are placed in position with the aid of surgical forceps.
Eyelash extensions can last up to four weeks, however some last less than that and infilling will be required on a regular basis to retain that luscious look. In fact, some may need infilling every one to two weeks. There is no need for mascara when you have eyelash extensions applied. The thick fullness and colour of the added eyelashes make it unnecessary. They are ideal to add that wow factor for weddings and other special events, giving you the confidence to know you look your best.
It's really fascinating that women take utmost care of their whole body ignoring the eyes. A woman's eyes are one of the most beautiful parts of their body and they express a lot. So to even improvising and enhancing the women's eyes are the lashes that make them even more expressive and beautiful.

Hello!
I'm wondering about what makes a complete makeup set. In other words, what types of makeup should I own in order to cover up blemishes? I have acne too. Any specific product recommendations?
I have a partial list:
Moisturizer
Concealer
Foundation
Blush
I don't care much for eyeshadows and lip products. Oh yes, and which mascara is really good? I want long and curled lashes, but mine are naturally straight, so when I use the eyelash curler, it gets curled, but as soon as I apply the mascara, it weighs it down and it becomes straight again..

My recommendation is to just buy cheap brands of things that you'll use and are cheap. Don't use make up just because they make it. I have acne too and I never wear make up other than during preformances (plays and symphonic band). It's usually better because you don't have the make up to clog your pores. You don't need an expensive make up for it to be affective. I recommend using the mascara before using the eye lash curler. There is also a product that is clear that you put on before curling your eye lashes that helps them stay curled. Sorry, I don't remember what it's called. If you really want a complete list of the basics here it is:

That is a list of the essentials, although I recommend just being yourself. You should also try pro-active if you haven't. Before doing that you need to try washing your face with an acne cleanser (such as clean & clear) before bed, before school, and after school to keep your poors clear. If you have an issue with oily hair: when you take a shower leave the shampoo in for at least 5 minutes. Do not massage head too much. work the shampoo just enough to get get it all over and through your hair. Working it in too much will cause your scalp to release more oil into your hair. make sure to apply conditioner to ONLY the roots and wash out COMPLETELY. Hope this helps!
