Will some one give me advice?

I have a 12 year old cousin who is way immature for her age and is way to obsessed with boys. She wears to big bras for her age she wears a 36B when she is only a 34A ( I came with her to get her measured). I am worried for her, she wears way to much eyeliner and make up for that matter and dresses like a hooker she wears tight shirts that are see through and says that they shouldn't be lookin its awful please help me on what I should say to her I spend the night with her some times on saturday nights and we watch movies and spend quality time together but when I start to get ready for church in the morning she wears some thing way sexy and i makes me mad I've tried to tell her to wear some thing different and I've talked to her mom about the bra and her mom just says its her choice. Please tell me some way to tell her to stop dressing like that or give me your opinion on how you think she dresses tell me some one please..... Thank you.
