What is a good homemade microdermabrasion for the face? I have started to get sun spots?

and my skin is really dull. I can't afford to see a Dr. and I know there are things you can do at home to get rid of these terrible looking things. I have tried all the over the counter things, so I am more interested in homemade things. Thanks so much!!!
You can get the crystals online, is there something I can get to apply the crystals, or should I just use a wash cloth? Thank you for your answer and I will check out the ponds.

I don't think "homemade dermabrasion" would be safe.. Rather another alternative is to exfoliate you skin 1x or 2x a week as needed. I simply use baking soda mixed with my daily cleanser and gently scrub my skin while in the shower... It takes away dead/dull skin and reveals smooth glowing skin... PLUS it's super cheap.. I also use it in my regular shampoo to rid my scalp of residue from dirt/oil and styling product it makes my hair super shiny!

Something I've used irritated my face, its burning, itchy, swollen. What can I get to treat my skin?

My face started off as being chapped. I had been sick & had a bad migraine & layed in bed for 2 days, sweating. I believe that is what caused my face to chap (is that possible?). It started off like a wind burn. Was just a little red & felt a little like light sandpaper, to the touch. I've tried using different lotions & ointments on it. I used a few different kinds of lotions. I must've either had an allergic reaction to one of them or maybe an ingredient irritated my face (I just checked ingredients, which include alcohol, different kinds of acids & menthol). Is this what's happened? My skin is tight & is now lumped up in spots. It's irritated & sore & a little bit itchy. What can I get to treat my skin, without irritating it worse?

Try to remember what you eat. Maybe that was the reason for your migraines too. This sound like food allergy to me.Drink a lot of liquids included fresh natural juices, a Benadryl will help. But for your face, make some Chamomile tea and Wash your face gently, and instead of cream use Extra virgin olive oil. This will heal your face. After you are completely recovered, have a steam bath with chamomile tea, (make tea in a pot, and wile its steamy, cover you head with a towel). and after that make a mixture with olive oil and sugar , and gently rub your face. and rinse as usual. I do this for years, and people always compliment me for a nice complexion of my face.
