You will want to find an office building or area where there are many workers who might not be able to get away for lunch. Be careful, as most areas will want you to obtain licenses for this sort of thing, but if you can find some places where nobody will care or turn you in...it could be awesome!

kay, so i got my lip pierced, and i mean its only been three days, but if i steralize it, could i put a plastic ball, and just keep the same metal part, oh and i was wondering how loong before it heals if anyone knows, and the chick never really told me much so can i put mouthwash on the outside, or should i stick with salt what would work better? thxx, 
I wouldn't suggest changing your new piercing just yet after three days, at the minimum wait a week or so before you do it. I'm not even sure if a plastic ball would stay onto a metal bar, if you need a plastic, try buying a labret retainer which is usually under $5 dollars. Keep the materials of your piercings together to prevent any problems! As for the healing each person is different, but typically it takes anywhere from four to six weeks to fully and completely heal. As for the mouthwash, use that for the inside of your mouth and make sure the alcohol percentage is low, if not, mix it with water to rinse. Using sea salt mixed with water can help you clean the outside, but avoid things such as peroxide, rubbing alcohol and etc. Good luck with the piercing!
