you should use a kabuki brush, they give the best coverage.

Foundation makeup question and BARE MINERALS --10points!!?
SHOULD i wear:
1. bare minerals powder foundation + the mineral veil (powder to set it and touch ups ) ALL YEAR LONG
2. bare minerals powder foundation in fall + summer, but liquid foundation (lancome) +powder over to set it in winter+spring
will wearing the bare minerals powder foundation dry my skin out if i wear it during winter...i live on the east coast so it gets sorta cold there
CAN BARE MINERALS POWDER FOUNDATION GIVE ME A LUMINOUS + dewy glow?
No it will not dry out your skin, but I live in southern Florida where it is always hot and humid so I may not be the best person for advice on cold weather since we only have two weeks of winter where the lowest it get is 50 degrees.
However, I can tell you that it does not dry out your skin which is actually why I chose a different foundation (since I have oily skin). Maybe in the winter if it gets too cold you should skip the mineral veil which does remove excess oil.
