I'm 22, Caucasian, & have acne-prone skin with very pink cheeks. I get blackheads on my nose, some small skin colored pimples on my forehead and large, hard, deep, painful zits on my chin. As soon as one goes away, I have a few days of peace and then another one comes. =(
I've tried: Bare Minerals-- made me break out and smeared off easily. Almay-- looked cakey. Mary Kay medium coverage foundation-- hard to match color, looks cakey if I go outside or if my face gets oily. I've tried a combo of MK & BM. And all the salicylic acid treated foundations make my skin burn. =( And yes, I keep my brushes clean and use a new sponge every day.
Where I live, the humidity is typically around 70%. Summers usually get in the mid- to high-80's F. I don't work out with makeup on. I recently started using the Clinique 3-step system + a makeup remover.

Your problem might be that your skin does not like creme foundation. Try a powder or bronzer or blush.
