Do you think a free democratic Iran would make oil prices go up in the long run?
wouldn't a highly developed Iranian economy make the oil prices go up? Do the west really want to see a free Iran?
As long as Iran is a member of OPEC, there will be no change in oil prices caused by a change in the type of government in Iran. OPEC sets the production quotas, and members obey.
However, the only way that OPEC can control the production, and therefore the price, of oil, is to keep members from cheating and increasing production. In a cartel, there is never any incentive to cheat by lowering production, gain by individual members only happens when they cheat by increasing production. This is how cartels are destroyed.
A free Iran would mean that OPEC would possibly lose their means of enforcement on the country (the government which controls the oil fields), and the possibility of cheating would increase. This would result in increased production and lower prices. It would not make the price of oil go up.
Which is better: Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash or Proactive?
I have mild acne and have been using Neutrogena oil free acne wash for over 6 months and there is some improvement, but I still have a few pimples and scars. I was wondering, does Proactive really work and how long does it take to clear up your skin. Also I am tan if that matters. If you or someone you know has had personal experience i would really appreciate your advice, thanks!!!

I have tried both also as well as many other facial products. I know that it it hard finding the Perfect Soultion for acne. Unfortunately the best way to stop acne is to get down to the sorce. its coming from the inside out so i recommend getting a liver cleanser pill to cleanse your liver. toxins have to come out of your body someway and sometimes if your liver is backed up with toxins , the toxins will come out through your pores. you can get a good liver cleanser at your local GNC OR VITAMIN SHOP. also about Your question...... Nutrogena Oil free Acne wash is better then proactiv but the bad is that It will dry your skin out. Proactiv is not good for your skin because once you start to use it you will see improvement but when you stop using it you will break out again and proactiv has microbeads inside the wash that can harmfully scratch your face causing more scars and redness.
