Shmashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer Question!?

I just bought this product for the first time at sephora but I haven't used it yet because I have a couple questions. First, Do I apply a light moisturizer before the primer, and do I apply the primer with my finger or brush? Second, I bought benefit Boing Boing concealer, does that go on after the primer? Lastly, should I wait a few minutes before I put on my bare minerals foundation?

I'm excited to use it, will it make my make up look flawless? Thanks

Here are the basic steps you want to fallow.
1. Wash (air drying is the best)
3. Tone (let dry)
4. Moisturize (let dry)
5. Apply primer. You can either apply with a brush or your fingers, the brush just may be an extra step. But if you choose to use a brush make sure it is a foundation brush (flat, like a paint brush) Also be sure to let it soak in a minute.
6. Conceal with finger or small flat brush.
7. Foundation with a big fluffy brush.
