Well I did a beauty course last year and you are supposed to use the same brand remover as the foundation, so if you use rimmel makeup use a rimmel makeup remover, as they are the only ones who know how to break down their makeup properly!!
As you are 13 you prob have good skin so use only powder to give you a bit of colour, mascara and lip gloss!!
If you need to apply foundation use a liquid one!! Use a foundation brush to apply it and stroke downwards or else the foundation will go into you pours and look horrible!!!
