Please suggest a good compact powder?

Hi, Can anyone suggest a good powder compact for indian skin. I tried revlon new complexion powder in sand beige and it looked really cakey, also i tried lakme flawless matte complexion powder it made my skin look darker. Please suggest a good compact. Thanks,Jyothi

I can't buy makeup from places like target & rite-aid, bcuz u can't try it on. At Mac u can.

foundation, oily skin, scars? help?

i have oily skin and breakouts;
i tried Almay Clear Complexion and almost all of the neutragena products and they dont work for me; i also have scars that i have to cover so wat are some good foundations; and mineral powders; mostly drugstore prefered. thanks

revlon colorstay oily combo have you guys tried it;
if so wat do u think of it

I'm brown skin and used to have lots of scars/ pigments from breakouts.....MAC was best for my cover ups... I use the NC MAC line plus the concealer

now my scars are clear simply bc I'm taking care of me! everyday I use clinique cleanser, toner , and moisture cream.(u can try any other brand if this is too much...I suggest Aveeno, or oil of olay) . I also have had 2 microdermabrasions from a spa and one glycolic peel (still have 4 more dermabrasions to go) if this is too much expense try exfoliating with St Ives apricot brand....or two uncoated asprins, melted with a few drops of water and honey to form a paste........this will help with the break outs and exfoliate

Neostrata anti age mark treatments give good results too because of the glycolic acid, it fades marks in less than 1 wk full results maybe 1 month, or 2 months.....this is to lighhten the marks (it sells in a tooth paste like tube...in cream and gel form....try the gel)
these are the things that worked for me, I tried them all and all of these work....my advise stop the make up cover up and take care of your pigments bc if you do THEY WILL GO AWAY..cleanser toner and cream will help with your oily skin
