Roller Color Eyeshadow
how can i do my makeup and hair like effys?
i find when i do black eyeshadow it doesnt look smooth, like the colour tone is uneven and sometimes you can see my skin throughout, no matter how much blending i do. i dont think its the eyeshadow either. i have two black ones, one by no.7 and m.a.c carbon. is it the fact that its matte?
so yeah, what else can i do to make my makeup more like effy's. and the hair aswell.. do you think she uses big rollers for volume because it looks straight but not like, pin straight if you get me?

I would use mousse when wet then blow dry upside down for the volume and just use the straighteners where needed so you don't lose the volume.
For the eyes you probably want a high pigment shadow so maybe a loose dust like barry m where you can layer it up and make it as dense as you like. Plus lots of eyeliner ofc. Oh and put a little foundation on your eyelids before you put the shadow on because it will stop it creasing, especially when it's a dark colour because it's more noticeable.
