I already have a blush, would a bronzer be unnecessary? But, it's winter and a glow sounds nice.
And, currently, I use shu uemura foundation as my concealer. It's alright, but it doesn't really last all day.
And, the mist&fix. Something that should let makeup stay put. Seems awesome! Then I won't have to be worried about PE!
I'm 15 by the way, if that makes any difference.
Any suggestions?

Bronzer - I think its good to have one. I use a bronzer and a blush. The bronzer lightly on a good amount of my face, and then blush on my cheeks.
Concealer - Do you set your makeup with a powder? Also do you prime your face?
Mist & Fix - thats way pricey stuff.
What I would suggest...
In the morning us a primer (Primed for Perfection Face Primer $10), foundation (Face Xpert Flawless Touch Makeup $10), concealer (Save The Day Anti-Acne Concealer Stick $8), and powder (Matte-nificent Oil-Absorbing Powder $10) All that is only $8 more then the concealer you listed!
The bronzer I would use is Glowdacious Illuminating Powder $12. It has a bronzer and a highlighter which is great.
Then save yourself a lot of money by getting Mist Opportunity Multi-tasking Refresher. Its the same price as the small one you are getting but you get twice as much as the large one! Save yourself and/or your parents money to get other fun makeup like eyeshadow.
